When you create an account and use TippspielPro, we collect:

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed)
• OAuth data: Google profile name and avatar URL (if you sign in with Google)
• Usage data: predictions you submit, organizations you belong to, rankings
• Technical data: IP address and user agent stored per session for security purposes

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to provide the service
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — security, fraud prevention
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where explicitly obtained

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google OAuth for optional sign-in. If used, Google's privacy policy applies. Our servers are located in Germany. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact us at info@bitlink.gmbh.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Baden-Württemberg).

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (session_token) to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
